Dallas’ Fried Bacon-Tilla

Bacon slices are hand woven in the shape of a tortilla and fried into taco shell form, filled with beef, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and then more bacon. Bacon lovers, this is for you!

Fernie’s Fried Texas Sheet Cake

Start with a Texas-sized slice of fudgy chocolate brownie cake generously coated in ground cocoa puffs, panko, and cinnamon sugar. The coated brownie is fried, giving it an ooey-gooey molten center with a crunchy outside. The delicious fresh-from-the-fryer brownie is then glazed with a rich, dark icing made with Dr. Pepper®. The chocolatey glaze soaks into the warm brownie while cascading down the sides. The cake is served with chopped Texas pecans, a dollop of whipped cream, and garnished with a fresh strawberry carved to mimic a Lady Bird Johnson rose.

Funnel Cake Bacon Queso Burger

To create his Funnel Cake Bacon Queso Burger, he begins with two funnel cakes for “buns” that are fried to a golden crunch. The first funnel bun is topped with a juicy, freshly-grilled burger patty, a heaping helping of crispy bacon, and gooey queso! It is completed with another funnel bun and generously dusted with powdered sugar.

This shrimp flavored chip treat is deep fried into perfectly crispy puffs and then sprinkled right out of the fryer with a special cajun seasoning for maximum flavor.

This modern twist on the cream-filled Italian classic dessert begins with hot pastry and explodes into a warm sweet-cream center, sprinkled with rich mini-chocolate chips. The Cannoli Bites finish with a zesty hint of citrus and orange. Lightly dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with dark and white chocolate.

Take a traditional tamale and turn it into a not-so-traditional donut! Our “Classic Pork” Tamale Donut starts with slow-cooked pork carnitas, blended with authentic “made-from-scratch” masa. Homestyle, perfectly spiced chicken noodle soup is deep fried and served on a stick. Each bite size ball will have an indention for a spoonful of savory broth sauce to complete the harmony of the best chicken noodle soup you’ve ever had, and certainly the first on a stick! Each dish is served with a side of crackers.

Chicken Fried Spam Fries

We have taken an old southern favorite Spam sliced into thin French fry sticks, we then batter and fry them up. We serve them in a French fry container and drizzle your choice of either spicy ranch or honey mustard, my favorite is the honey mustard.

Deep Fried Nachos

A cheesy masa filled with a generous portion of pepper jack cheese in the middle. The masa is formed by mixing crushed Doritos, nacho tortilla chips, and a spicy nacho cheese to bring it all together. Rolled into a ball & deep fried to a beautiful golden orange color & covered with nacho cheese and sliced jalapenos

Fried El Paso

Pork carnitas-chipotle style, blended with a smoky bacon-jalapeno cheese and hand rolled and then stuffed into a fresh, roasted poblano pepper, then dipped in a beer batter and lightly fried. Served with a trio of dipping sauces in a corn tortilla which include sweet and tangy BBQ, avocado ranch, and spicy southwestern ranch.

Shrimp Fritters

Corn, carrots, peas, and shrimp are mixed with flour and pepper, shaped to shrimp fritters form and deeply fried to a golden brown. Served on a bed of seasoned fries with black pepper & vinegar sauce.

Tipsy Topsy Catfish on a Stick

Catfish filets are put on a stick and hand dipped into a beer battered hushpuppy mix filled with diced jalapenos and fried golden brown. Then it's drizzled with a homemade tartar sauce and served with a side of creamy cheese grits topped with chopped green onions.
